Healthy Brownies




Dump a boxed brownie mix into mixing bowl. Add large can of canned pumpkin. Mix well. Bake following time and instructions on the box. Keep in refrigerator when cooled for a healthy, low calorie way to satisfy a chocolate craving.

  • Similar - I buy the Splenda Chocolate Brownie mix and add 1 can of BLACK BEANS - do not add the water or oil or eggs - just the mix and black beans - puree and bake according to directions. Mmmm delish! protein, fiber, chocolate - really TRY IT - it's awesome. - by SUPER-MOM_

    I make this with a low fat chocolate cake mix. I add 2 T of mini chocolate chips (they go farther than the larger ones) and cook them in cupcake tins (use cupcake liners and spray them because this mixture sticks). I keep them in my freezer and pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds when I need a sweet treat. - by KSYONG1
