Mini Meals/fruits And Veggies

I chop my salad and veggies in the morning. I have fruit ready when i need something sweet..but I have lost more weight when I have mini meals...5-6 small meals work..sometimes I make a big salad for lunch and finish it for dinner... keep all junk food out of your house especially if you have kids

  • I also keep fruit and veggies ready for snacks and cravings. I eat smaller meals and add in snacks so I don't get so hungry and blow it. I have lost 20 pounds and am feeling more control over my eating than ever before! We can do this!! - by PASTORLHMAY
