When I go grocery shopping to make sure fruits and veggies are easily accessable I keep them out of the fridge when I put everything away and after grocieries are put away I wash, cut , dry, and bag them individually so that they dont go to waste! Plus this makes it easy to grab and go!

I have found the easiest way for me to eat my fruits and veggies during the week is to pack them all on Sunday. I spend about an hour or so cutting up carrots and other veggies and bagging them in serving sizes. I then take my apples/oranges or whatever fruit I have on hand and I put them in groups in the fridge. This makes it easy to grab my healthy snacks each day as I run out the door.
In order to get a lot of the good stuff(fruits and veggies) in, I make smoothies which are easier to drink. 482 I find it really hard to sit and eat each fruit or veggies separately. I also cut up, sauté, and put my veggies in spaghetti sauce.267
