This journey on Spark has been a joy. Now that I'm on maintenance, I won't leave. I still have things to learn everyday and maybe I can help someone else along the way. I still track, though not so religiously, still do my fitness and always look for ways to improve in everything I do.

I do allot biking, which require a good pair of sun glasses. The problem is breaking the arms of the glasses. Finally found a way to fix them. I use plastic glue, and "heat shrink tubing" . What you do is cut the tubing and slide it over broken arm, pass the break. Then put little glue on the break, and slide the tubing over the break, heat the tubing. (The heat shrinks the tubing)
You can get "heat shrink tubing at Radio Shack and some hardware stores. (Come in several colors)
What I do about the many recipes I find in magazines....
I've decided that, altho, I want to try several of the magazine recipe's I find, I don't have to clip it out and save in a pile of clipped recipe's. What a mess! Plus, I discovered that the pile of clippings frequently gets forgotten about, anyway. This is how I "organize" AND discipline myself in not continually fixing the fancy dessert recipe I may've found, etc. If it's NOT a dessert and the recipe ends up being a keeper...I will copy it to my file of recipes.
Many of the magazines feature some tantelizing dessert recipe. SO, when I've found a recipe I want to fix...I fix it only once. I DON'T clip it out & save it. I sure don't need yet another dessert recipe, anyway. Fixing it once, satisfies my curiousity.
