Using Smaller Plates

I have found that if you use smaller plates you won't eat as much. I don't know what it is, but my body tells me I am full when I finish my plate.

Also, I don't tend to waste any food that way!

    This is a great idea! I think it may be a mental thing.... when you see your plate almost empty you know you're almost done eating. thanks for sharing.....
