Food with at least some fat in it will make you feel full and give you energy. I find that I will be less likely to feel hungry afterwards. Don't opt for "fat free", but go for "low fat". One can do so and still stay within their daily calorie and cholesterol goals. Use the nutrition tracker and see.

I totally agree! I will opt for a low fat salad dressing or even a fat free but I like to put avocado on my salad too. I am getting a really healthy fat and not feeling deprived in the least!

agree! fat is a major part of our diet. this kind of fat should be the unsaturated one and not the saturated fat which can be found in majority of processed foods.
