I explained to my man what I wanted to challenge and so, I stepped up on the scale to see what I weighed. UGHH and then I took action with a little friskiness. After an hour or so because I figured it would take more than 15 mins.
I dropped 3lbs....it didn't stay though. :( but it was fun!!
