While watching tv when the adverts come on get up and do a minute of lunges, squats, press ups. Do this only during the breaks and the minutes will soon add up. If you spend 3 hours watching tv with 4 ad breaks an hour you've done 12 mins of excercise

MORE INFORMATION:
This gets you moving and is sustainable. If you do short bursts it's better than nothing at all and soon you'll actually feel like exercising

    my tip is to turn off the tv and go outside!! it was very hard at first but you know, I ENJOY IT!!!!! emoticon

    I watch WAY too much tv. I've never thought of this, great idea! Watch out! Fitness AND TV that I love. Who knew? emoticon
