Whenever I am tempted to eat something that would derail my efforts (a cupcake, a bag of chips), I make myself drink a whole glass of water. Usually by the time I've finished the water, I feel fuller and no longer crave the unhealthy food!

I used to think I could never go without a soda. Just thinking about not ever drinking a soda again would make me crave it even more. It was actually a lot easier than I thought, to kick. I mainly drink water and one cup of coffee a day. If I want a soda, I split one with my fiancé, so I still get the taste, but I get half the calories.
Since I quit drinking soda I lost 4 labs in a week and a half! Imagine the possibilities!222
