Whenever I am tempted to eat something that would derail my efforts (a cupcake, a bag of chips), I make myself drink a whole glass of water. Usually by the time I've finished the water, I feel fuller and no longer crave the unhealthy food!

    This sounds healthy and serves two purposes for me in that I can track less food intake and gain my points for drinking my 8 glasses a day.
