I have tried to lose weight since my son was born (13 years ago) and I have always failed. Part of most of the reason is that I could never stick to my fitness routine. It always ended up feeling like a job and I dreaded going to the gym and getting on the treadmill.
Now I stay at home and use my Wii Fit Plus, I use the strength training exercises on this site, and I walk my dog (both me and my dog love that one). I change things up all the time and now I love workingout. 104
