No time to Spark seems to have resulted in not making time for my fitness routine. I'm coming up to what could be the busiest time of my life and I'm going to keep Sparking my way through it! :-D My success seems to encourage others, so LET THE SPARKING BEGIN! (again!) ;-D 185
Every morning I plan my day. I plan what I am going to eat for each meal and then I pre-track it on my Mobile App. I use Weight Watchers, but it would work with Spark People too. So far I have lost 17 pounds. I have about 40 more to go. Keep Sparking!!!!!!
I keep Spark People up on my desk top, and usually when I get cravings is when I am bored or am running out of things to do .. (fast worker ) lol.. So instead of reaching for a bad snack... (plenty around here) I grab my water bottle and read inspirational blogs or spark pages.. It helps and has not failed me.. its only been a bout a week.. but These are the toughest days and I am making it
