When I've eaten a little too much for lunch; or even for breakfast and lunch... :( I just skip dinner all together. I'm not recommending this often; but it has kept me from puttng lost pounds back on again. I try to walk an extra lap around the track as well...Shhh!

This seems to work well because it seems to down-regulate the appetite. The body somehow doesn't seem to "expect" as many calories, so by the next morning, there's less hunger...and less likelihood of a too-high caloric intake, I've found. Glad it's working for you, too!
