The challenge states that it call help you lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I took the challenge this month and lost 8 pounds. I really enjoyed the variety of Special K products on the plan: cereals, protein and snack bars, fruit crisps, crackers, waffles....the possiblities were limitless.
