I use Oikos or Fage plain Greek yogurt (1 C), & add 1 tsp of real vanilla extract, two packets of Splenda, & 2 tbsp of Polaner Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber. It stirs up into a very thick, yummy, satisfying dessert with very high protein, low carbs, and low calories.

More Information:

Oikos and Fage, in that order, are the two yogurts with the highest protein and lowest carbs.
