Instead of laying down or sitting down to watch tv or sitting for long periods of time on the computer try bouncing gently on an exercise ball. I have been doing this for a week and can feel a difference. It also keeps you from getting "stiff" from sitting around.

If you have a big TV with the place to plug in the computer; you could put your computer to your TV and watch and do the Sparkpeople's exercises. It will make it easier to use the computer with the TV and you'll have more space to do the exercises.
