Great idea. I beat myself up over eating the wrong things and this leads to totally throwing in the towel. I need to realize that I don't need to throw in the towel if I eat something that is "bad'. Any food can be ok. Moderation is the key. I need to stop beating up myself too and move on! Thanks for your tip!

You are NOT Your Mistakes, Missteps, or other Going Off-Track Things
I often feel like I AM my mistakes, missteps, and other blunders for my health, my brain knows that it is important to separate my true being & essence from my mistakes. When I do remember this separation, I work harder to forgive myself & move on to do something or eat something that is healthy for myself. Putting myself back on track by forgiving myself boosts my confidence & puts my heart & brain in a better place. Plus, eating healthy makes me happy to be "what I eat." 104
