I have a tape called "Chair Dancing" which includes stretching, aerobics, and cool down. I do it evenings before my bath. It
uses calories and makes me feel good.
My husband (who won't dance) does the chair dancing with me and enjoys it. We sit in straight-back chairs to do it. He's 83 and I'm almost 80. The tape is for people 5 yrs - 95 yrs.
