If you don't like hot cereal in the summer months, try mixing up raw oats with other favorites, like nuts, berries, seeds or whatever you prefer, & before going to bed, pour the milk on & let it soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning you have a fast, cold, healthy cereal with zero prep time!!

    I've never heard of this. It certainly sounds interesting and as I do love hot cereal - but it's way too hot to be eating it now, this could be a good alternative. Thx

    Soaking oats is a big thing with eating raw, but you don't have to eat raw to enjoy 'em. I tried this a while ago and it was great! emoticon
