I fell off the work-out wagon some time ago. In order to get back on I decided to walk for 30 mins. 5 days/week. Once I've done that for 6 wks. in a row I will add in strength training then eventually yoga and tai chi.

Use a spreadsheet to track your budget and spending!
If you create a spreadsheet on your computer, you can track your spending from month to month and create charts that could help you better see how your spending habits change over time. This is also a great way to keep track of balances on credit cards if you are working on clearing up credit debt!
What a great way to unwind from the day, going for an evening walk. Even better to go with family or friends. Creates a healthy habit and some great social time as well. I also find I sleep better! That's just bonus!!!
