After you eat immediately go and brush your teeth. If you work outside the home take a toothbrush and toothpaste with you. After your mouth feels so clean and fresh you will not want to snack again until your next meal.

This is expecially good after dinner, you will not be tempted to have a late night snack again. Plus yout teeth will stay healthier too!

    OMG! I've noticed this one especially.whenever I don't wanna snack on a chipor something at the store (after going to have to go get it) I brush my teeth to take that feeling away.
