I usually hit a slump around 3:00 p.m., and that's when the sugar/carb cravings will hit me. To avoid going to the vending machine, I chug a bunch of water, and then put some Crest Whitestrips on my teeth. You can't eat with those in! I keep some in my purse all the time.
