I pick one bad habit to break every week, I fast that bad habit and add on to it the next week. I am fasting soda this week, next week may be ice cream. Continue on until your habit is broken. You lose weight and change your eating habits at the same time. It takes 21 days to break a habit.

    Mine right now is not putting my hand in a box or bag for a handful of a snack. It's REALLY hard to do.

    Overeating is the hardest habit I have been trying to kick. Late night snacking is the hardest part. This , I will make my first fast for the new week. I'm glad it's Sunday. It would have made it difficult to wait for the new week to start. emoticon

    habits are hard to break.. but i keep trying.. cant seem to get past the ice cream one though.. i did switch to the Edys light version.. but crave mint chocolate chip in the summer..never it eat it in winter.. maybe it would be easier to move to colder climate?
