Yes it is important to drink lots and lots of WATER. The best water for you is COLD water. Before you go to bed every night put a bottle of water in the freezer. When you get up it will be frozen. Then prepare your breakfast and it will have melted enough to drink.
The body has to work harder to bring the water down to body temperature thus burning more calories.
For fun I had an adult sized swingset built in an area I call MacGregor's Garden...with my collection of bunny rabbit statuary...and a large scarecrow...Mr. MacGregor. Swinging allows me to use both upper and lower body muscles and just glide when I get some momentum...and baffles the neighbors..lol...and yea...I do share with my grand nephews and grand nieces.. 41
