I found that if I put what I am going to eat for the next day into my Food Tracker the night before then I am more likely to stick to my calorie range. It really keeps me honest about what I am eating! emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
Plus it also motivates me to get my lunch for work packed the night before because i already know what I am packing! It makes me feel more organized and in control and I am less likely to grab something on the fly. I urge you to give it a try!
