My favorite take-to-work lunch is a sandwich on a "sandwich thin" (high fiber and 100 cals, Arnold's select, I think), a serving of lean lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, onion and no mayo. Add an apple and banana for a satisfying lunch.
Found out my BP was running high so am watching fats and salt. The tomato replaces the moisture lost by leaving off the mayo, and the onion and tomato adds flavor.
