an OUTDATED MENU!!! So, now I WRITE the CURRENT DATE on the TOP of the take-out Menu so I'll know the date [menus are usually good for about 3 mos.] the next time I'm ordering from a take-out menu!!!

If you have a menu that you eat on a regular basis, you can go back to a day that has that menu logged and copy it to the current date. My breakfast seldom varies. Oatmeal with cinnamon and cranraisons, 1/4 cup 1% milk, 1 cup orange juice, Coffee with 14 cup milk. I can log all this with one click.
Make a menu for the week of every meal and snack you will eat. Grocery shop based off of your menu. Then when you get home, portion out everything for the week. By taking the extra time when putting groceries away everything is ready for you giving you one less excuse and making it that much easier - especially on crazy busy days 9
