"Ten minutes of exercise is all I'm doing" , I said to myself. Once I start I cant stop. Today is the 5th day I exercise. Before i knew it i had done four days 1 hr and on the 5th day 2 hrs COME ON EXERCISE! YOU WILL FEEL GOOD ONCE YOU ARE DONE!

    I was washed out yesterday so after church and lunch I came home and sacked out on the couch falling short of my 10,00 steps a day. Today I had a lot of running around to do and thought I would not have time for the 2 miles on the treadmill. But before I ate lunch I "made" myself walk. Felt better emotionally and physically. emoticon
