Add a 15-minute walk to your lunch break. Just walk outside as fast as you feel comfortable, or even bring walking shoes. Depending on your speed, if you do this every day, you can add 3-4 miles of walking in a week!

    I am lucky enough that we have a shower here at work. So I am able to walk for 3 1/2 miles on lunch each day.
