I prepare all of my healthy snacks ahead of time so I don't eat bad. The potions are great too! However, I find that I keep eating (cherries, carrots) even when I am not hungry just because it is at my desk. Brushing my teeth is usually the only trick becasue I do not like tasting afterwards.
So when I am at my desk and I know I am doing that...I have a little 10 calorie cinnamon hard candy. It gives me that freshly brushed mouth taste/feeling. They are a little spicy and not much tastes good after one of those!!
