I weigh exactly 10 grams of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips (20-22 pieces) as a little reward after dinner. I place only one in my mouth at a time & let it melt (no chewing allowed.) It sometimes takes 20 min. to eat them all. Dark chocolate is supposed to be good for the heart, too.

MORE INFORMATION:
I got this idea from an article about what famous people do to stay slim. Charlese Theron said she used to be addicted to M&Ms, but switched to dark chocolate chips. I used to pop a handful into my mouth & they were gone in about a minute. When they last 20 min, they seem like so much more.

    Dark chocolate is very good for you. There is a kind called Xocai that is loaded with antioxidants. Thanks for the idea!

    Definitely a great idea, I just don't know if I have the will power to eat just 10 grams. I am going to buy some and try this though. THANKS.
