I've come to really enjoy cooking. The whole process, especially the chopping of the vegetables and the fresh herbs. There's something very satisfying in choosing my vegetables, washing them, and then chopping them to feed my family. It really speaks to me and satisfies me.

I have literally searched for YEARS to find a salad dressing that I like and that is low in calories and preservative-free. I finally found one and thought I'd share. It's super easy. 1T dijon mustard, 2T honey, 3T cider vinegar. It's the best honey mustard vinaigrette I've ever tasted. No preservatives and no after taste! Would work great as a marinade as well. It only has 25 calories per tablespoon. Enjoy!
