Use the SP nutrition planner / tracker to recaluculate your BMI and calorie requirements. Change your meals around, larger meal at lunch, with a light meal in the evening. Don't waste calories on drinks, take water. Make chunky veg soups, a tastey meal in a bowl very filling, with few calories.

When I have been on a plateau I found just changing from eating a big meal at night to eating it at lunch time was helpful. Also found that useing the food tracker and changing somethings also worked (less sodium was one thing)

I just did this! for the last three weeks I've been at a Plateau because my body is under stress and holding onto fat. (I've been losing and gaining the same one pound over and over again for three weeks.) after reading this I just reset my fitness goals. Turns out I need to be eating more than I was. Hopefully that will help!
