I've gotten tired of beating my self up when I get off plan with diet or exercise. I have learned to be more forgiving with myself. If I do have an "off" day, I acknowledge the missed day and pick up where I left off instead of quitting. I end up better off in the long run because I get back to it and I feel better reminding myself that I am human!

It is much easier to resume the plan the next day rather than sulk and eat more!306
if you go off plan for lunch, leave it at lunch and start right back!! too many times we say..well i blew that meal i may as well blow the whole day, then it becomes till monday, then may 1st, and before you know it you are totally off track!!! one off meal will NOT derail you.
Even when I eat off plan, and think that I have totally messed up my calorie count for the day, I still carrying on tracking & logging my food. It usually isn't as bad as I think, and I've only gone a couple of hundred calories over. It helps me remember that I don't need to blow a whole day/week/lifetime over one donut!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
