Being organized and living in a pleasant environment, your sanctuary, is important! Creative people tend to be able to "see things differently" and end up coping with unwanted clutter, a bad living environment, etc. because they can see it in another way, instead of seeing it for what it is. In the morning before I take my shower, I do calf raises on the shower stall door. I also do wall push-ups or close arm wall push-ups after I put conditioner in my hair while I wait the 2 minutes. At the end of my shower I have a squeegee that I use to clean the doors. 3 exercises in one shower!
