Fold one, 10 jumping jacks, fold one, 10 arm curls, fold one, you get the picture. Sometimes it gets me motivated to do something more sustaine - but at least it breaks the monotony of both folding clothes and working out.

Busy working mom finding steps and sweat where I can! I try to make up "games" to challenge myself and to change things up.
I usually use our dining room table as a clothes folding station and all bedrooms are upstairs. So I fold 10 pieces of laundry at a time, whatever my hand touches first (socks don't count). After folding 10 pieces, I put each persons clothes away separately. For every 10 pieces I may do the stairs 5 times! 198
This definitely works best if there's a backlog of laundry, which sadly there is often in my house. One thing I do when I take laundry out of the dryer... I usually try to semi-fold them, or at least lay them out straight to avoid wrinkles. This helps speed the folding and the intervals of stairs!
