Try tossing any of the following into your glass of water to make it taste better: lemon wedge, lime wedge, orange wedge, sprig of fresh mint, cucumber slice. It adds a subtle flavor and makes it taste better without adding too many calories or making it into something other than water.

    This totally helps me. I think I'd rarely drink any water if I didn't cut up lemons and limes and squeeze them into it. I leave the whole slices in the bottom and refill my bottle throughout the day with fresh ice and water. Then I start over the next day. This really helps me with my water intake. emoticon
