In the end no one survives this life. While we are all here and still able to breath, smile, and move it's important to laugh. Laugh for no reason, laugh at the small things, laugh at life and remember to just enjoy your self , no one's getting out alive anyways.

At least twice a month (weekly is better) act your shoe size!
Acting like a kid, laughing at all the things kids laugh at, not worrying about what you can't control, doing something just because it's fun, watching a kid's movie and thinking like your inner child, all contribute to making life less stressful.
If you have a problem remembering to act a little silly, plan for it and put it on your calendar. You'll soon find yourself looking forward to "being a kid again".
