I have found eating red pepper strips helps me not crave so many chips during lunch... They seem to be some what sweet enough to keep me happy and they are MUCH better for me than chips are.. :)
The best part about this is it so easy and fast!!! I take pork tenderloin and cut it into 4 pieces... 1 cup red wine 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup white vinegar 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbs lemon pepper 1/4 cup onion flakes OR packet of dry onion soup mix So easy and so yummy and tender!! cook in slowcooker for 6hrs on low....
