Anytime I have just a few minutes, on commercials, even right after using the restroom before flushing and walking out into the feront room, I jog in place for a minute. It raises my heart rate and wakes my body up to get my blood flowing and my heart beating. emoticon

More Information:

Comfortable shoes, preferably tennis shoes.

  • Yep, every bit of fitness counts towards being healthy and fit.
    If it isn't jogging on place, I do 40 squats and 40 jumping jacks on the hour when I am not busy doing something else. emoticon - by KEEPITUP4LIFE

  • Yes, that is neat. I do exercise most every place. Odd places. My feet and ankles while I'm eating out. Driving my RV home, towing my car, interstate empty, boring. Ok so I can exercise one arm or leg at a time. It sure breaks up the boredom and getting stiff from a long drive.
