I feel I get more out of my workout when I do cardio. I do about 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise a day. Then I focus on the strength training and abs.

You should do strength training first and then cardio. Not the other way around! It's amazing when you pump the muscles with blood and then enjoy the sweat to bring them!! Keep fighting fit ladies!!

Me too. Not so much with the strength training; that's an area I need to add more of to my workout regimen.

that sounds exactly like the workout I do. I feel more accomplished after a cardio workout, and listening to music makes the time fly by!

Get up early and DO YOUR CARDIO!
I HATE doing my cardio....it gets easier to physically do it every week....but if I don't do it as soon as reasonably possible in the day, there if far more of a chance I can justify "blowing it off"...my motivation and resolve is at its high point in the mornings and I use that "push" to get my cardio DONE for the day...
Tracking my cardio minutes in advance helps my motivation and gives me urgency that I have to get it done.
MORE INFORMATION:
When you pre-schedule your cardio using the Tracker, it's a way to pre-empt your workout and you can adjust it if you did more or less. It's not an exact science, but knowing that it's there will get you motivated, I know it works.
