I substiute salsa for salad dressing alot of days. 2 Tbsp of Salsa only has about 15 calories. This is 25% the calories found in many fat-free varieties of dressing and an even smaller fraction of the calories in regular dressing. Fewer to no additives either depending on the type you buy.

    Great idea. I'll have to try this. Salsa also good on baked potatoes and healthier than salad dressings
