What I learned, using the Body Motivation Workshop, is that "Motivation follows the action." Once I overcome my procrastination, I set up the treadmill and start jogging. What I learned through this online workshop is that once you start doing it, you become more motivated to keep going.
I also learned, through the workshop, is how to make my personal motivation book. Not only does it help with diet and exercise, it helps me go after my other goals. It can be used with any diet and exercise plan, especially Sparks. And believe me, it's as simple as you can get.
