When i get tired of my favorite exercise videos, which i am sure everyone does at some time, i get out my camcorder/web cam and i put on my favorite music cd on LOUD, sometimes i will create a mixed cd that is perfect for working out, then for about 30-45 minutes, i will create my own workout video.
MORE INFORMATION:

When I start my exercising routine, I listen to music. I created a "workout" CD that helps keep me focused. It is just a bunch of songs off of other CDs that I have but my workout CD has songs that has a good beat to them. I listen to my IPOD when I go walking and keep rhythm as well!
Meditating and relaxing for 15 minutes each day helps me to define my goals and stay on track.

Listen to a relaxing CD, download a relaxation CD or podcast onto your ipod or cell phone or just sit quietly and let your mind rest for a few minutes
