At http://www.technosweat.com/ You can make your own workout mix cd. You can also adjust beats per minute on your own songs. There is a cost. I also found a list of good workout music there. If you search for it on itunes podcasts there are some free workout episodes available.

When i get tired of my favorite exercise videos, which i am sure everyone does at some time, i get out my camcorder/web cam and i put on my favorite music cd on LOUD, sometimes i will create a mixed cd that is perfect for working out, then for about 30-45 minutes, i will create my own workout video.
my moves are based on the beat of the song that is playing, and believe me all of the different exercises that we have seen or hate so bad, they will come flooding back to your memory. everything is spontaneous, made up, and you will be your own personal fitness instructor.
When I start my exercising routine, I listen to music. I created a "workout" CD that helps keep me focused. It is just a bunch of songs off of other CDs that I have but my workout CD has songs that has a good beat to them. I listen to my IPOD when I go walking and keep rhythm as well!
