Watching your calories in and your calories out and finding the correct balance is the key to successful weight loss. emoticon

Knowing the amount of calories you burn and the amount of calories you eat and doing this correctly allows for weight loss. Too many calories in - you can gain weight not enough calores in - your body goes into starvation mode and doesn't allow you to lose anyweight either.
