Often we have to deal with tough Stains which are difficult to remove. If a little undiluted Liquid Detergent is applied and spread evenly on the Stain and then the affected Cloth Item is kept in the Sunlight for some time before being washed-----the Stain comes off easily if scrubbed lightly
If you do not use Liquid Detergent, make a thick Paste of the Powdered Detergent you use with a little Water and apply to the affected part.Follow the above process for cleaning and washing the Stain. This saves a lot of hard work in removing the Stain as Sunlight is a natural Bleaching Agent!!!

I'm clumsy at work and often get pen ink on my clothes. The quick and easy removal is hairspray. Just spray the spot, dab with papertowel or a cloth, repeat until stain is gone then wash the clothing to get out the hairspray!
Drinking more water to hydrate and flush your system
My health club has a steam room and sauna. I will use both to relax and sweat, but also to hydrate my body inside and out. The heat makes you drink lots of water and cleans the pores. I also feel like I am on a mini vacation 198
Water is beneficial for removal of waste
1.Quell oversudsing - Since, of course, we are all very careful in how much detergent we use in our laundry, we never have too many suds. But if someone overfills ... you can eliminate excess suds with a sprinkle of salt. 2.Dry clothes in the winter - Use salt in the final laundry rinse to prevent clothes from freezing if you use an outdoor clothes line in the winter. 3.Remove perspiration stains - Add four tablespoons of salt to one quart of hot water & sponge the fabric with the solution until stains fade.
