I was as high as 179lbs and as low as 148. Its was difficult to get back on the right track. I actually got tired of it all and I was ssoo busy. But all the readings made it possible for me to lose again. I started at 166 this time around and as of this morning I weighed in at 160.

Ground flaxseed and cinnamon will help lower your blood sugar and your triglycerides. Try a daily breakfast shake with oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnamon, fruit (banana, apple, papaya, whatever) , water and skim milk in the blender. Tastes good and will definitely lower your numbers!
