There are ten minutes sparkpeople exercise videos. Once you start them you are not going to want to stop. Try them. You are willing to sit and watch a program for 30 minutes to 1 hour, 10 minutes is nothing. COME ON GET UP=) YOU WILL FEEL GOOD.

    I just got finished my first 10 minute videos and I feel great. I have been sitting all day studying and just getting up and moving felt more fantastic than I could have imagined. emoticon
