After I had my son two months ago, I was so sick and faced so many complications, I ended up not even being able to hold him. The more I work out, the stronger I get, and the more I can do with my son. That's all the motivation I need!

I keep a set of extra running clothes and shoes in my car along with a couple of bottles of water and baby wipes (for quick clean ups). Some times opportunities for a quick run or walk just happen and this way I am prepared- a quick change in a public restroom and I'm off & running!
