One of the biggest obstacles on this journey, I'm finding, is the mental one. It's easy to keep seeing the fat girl in the mirror when my reflection instead of what everyone else sees. I have to keep working on making the mental shift from 'fat' to 'normal' so that when I get to my goal weight, I'll be in a position to maintain the weight loss. The hardest baggage to get rid of is in the mind, not my body!
