Dealing With Cravings

When I get cravings, I like to postpone them. I tell myself that I can have it on Sunday (for instance). Then when Sunday comes, I'm usually not in the mood for that food. If that doesn't work, I brush my teeth.

    I try 2 things: drink a glass of water and if that didn't work, set timer to 20minutes
